Very rare Westmoreland ruby red glass painted ring dish with original sticker in pristine condition with no chips or cracks. The piece doesn’t glow super brightly in 395nm (pic 2-3) with the lid on. It glows really well with the lid off and glows very well regardless in 365nm (pic 4-6).
